Last updated: May 2026. Gathermoor Events (“we”) plans celebrations in Chicago, Illinois. This policy explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you send an online request or join our newsletter, we receive the details you type: your name, email address, phone number, event type and message. Our site also records basic, anonymous visit statistics to help us improve our pages.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and — only if you asked — send occasional party ideas and offers. We never sell your information, and we share it only with the vendors needed to deliver your event, with your knowledge.
Your choices
Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. You may ask us at any time to show, correct or delete your personal details by writing to hello@gathermoor.com — we respond within 30 days.
Security
Forms are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in our secure business systems with limited staff access. No method is perfect, but we treat your data the way we treat your event: carefully.
