How far in advance should we book?
Weddings and large corporate events: 3–6 months. Birthdays and family parties: 3–6 weeks is plenty. Last-minute? Call us — we keep two rush slots each month.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — 25% reserves your date, with the balance due 7 days before the event. Every quote is fixed in writing before you pay anything.
Can you work with our own vendors?
Absolutely. We coordinate your photographer, baker or band as happily as our own partners — one timeline, one point of contact.
What if it rains on our outdoor event?
Every outdoor plan ships with a written Plan B: tents, an indoor backup space or a reschedule window. You approve it before booking day.
